After graduating from the University of Alberta with an MBA, Claude gained foundational experience in construction and real estate before opening his first restaurant in Calgary.
He became very successful developing and operating a diverse group of restaurants and retail locations despite the numerous recessionary and inflationary periods in both Calgary and Edmonton.
A well known member of the Calgary business community, Claude has served on many boards and advisory committees and along the way has built up a network of professionals and service providers necessary to support diverse client needs.
This has enabled him to provide quality guidance and consulting services to a variety of boards and businesses in the Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver market areas.

Mr. Rick Man is a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Management, Faculty of Continuing Education at the University of Calgary and has been a long time and valuable associate of CJ La Monaca & Associates.
He also is a well rounded business man, especially known in the Asian community in Calgary and Edmonton. Through his first hand experience he brings knowledge in the fields of hospitality, real estate and mortgage brokerage.
